Mare & Yearling Large Paddocks

- Finniefeirme has 13 Large irrigated paddocks suitable for Dry Mares, Wet Mares and foals, weanlings, and yearlings.
- From foaling we make sure to handle all horses to keep them accustomed and comfortable with human interaction and thus prepare them for a life of racing with minimal stress.
Spelling, Foaling & Work Yards

- 44 smaller irrigated paddocks are maintained for horses being started or in pre-training work, or for foaling down or for spelling between periods at the track.
- We are located close to Gosford and Wyong Race tracks and within easy travel distance to all the Sydney venues and trainers.
Stable Boxes

- There are 42 Stable boxes for horses being Started, in pre-training Spelled or for providing vet care
Round Yards & Arenas

- 1 small and 1 large Round Yard for Starting, training and remedial work with horses
- 2 full sized fenced arenas, one grassed outdoor and one synthetic surface indoor for the perfect working surface in all weather situations
Walker

- Irongate Horse Walker with roof for training and exercise of horses
Starting Gates

- Steriline starting gates for introducing your horses to the barriers and remedial barrier training
Exercise Riding Track

- 900m uphill dirt “trot and canter” track for horse conditioning

- Fully equipped machinery and feed shed for farm maintenance and work
Experienced & Committed Staff

- Farm management consists of Horse Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager and Farm General Manager who is also available for Breeding and Horse Feeding advice.
- We use Wyong Equine Vets for the care and treatment of all our horses.
